Join in the worldwide movement to create
a Global Community for the 21st century that is free from war
and weapons of mass destruction; where disputes between nations
and peoples are settled through the framework of world law, and

"Only with a burning
patience can we conquer the splendid City which will give light,
justice, and dignity to all mankind"- Rimbaud
It is my pleasure of announce that Mr.
Rene Waldow has accepted the position of Senior Vice President
of the Association of World Citizens (AWC). Rene has been a great
asset to AWC from the beginning. He has done an outstanding job
of representing AWC at the United Nations in Geneva for many
years. His articles on various issues relating to world peace,
disarmament, human rights, and the United Nations have been both
educational and inspiring. As we are revising the AWC website,
Rene will have a special page for immediate publication of his
articles and activities. I am sure that with Rene as the Senior
Vice President, AWC will be stronger in contributing to the case
of world peace and justice.
